This album is an abstract narrative that serves as a dark day-dream; an imagining of a future dystopian, post-climate-change planet Earth. After we've violated and destroyed each other and everything else on this planet, what is left is a world which, due to human impact, is devoid of all organic, carbon-based life (including humans) and replaced by inorganic, silica-based artificial constructions. Even weather events have been transformed into hurricanes of radio-wave interference; binary storms and flurries; static winds; surges of residual nuclear radiation; blackouts, whiteouts, and greyouts across all energy spectra; etc.

Algorithmic synthesis and spectral processes were combined to create these sounds via live recording and post-recording editing ("sound sculpting").
